Registration Notes
  1. Your registration will only be confirmed upon receiving your payment. An official receipt will be sent to you within 10 working days following receipt of your payment.
  2. Pre-registration closes on 31 March 2017. Submissions received after this date will not be accepted.
 
Cancellation Policy
  1. Request for cancellation/replacement must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat, latest by 31 March 2017. The organising Committee regrets that requests received after this date will not be considered.
  2. Please take note that refunds (less 20% for administrative charge) will be issued after the event. There will be no refund for cancellation made after 31 March 2017.
